hi, if I want to include 3" risers in exhaust system to make probability even lower getting water into my MCM 305 engine, do I need to change any other stuff in addition to risers, studs and gaskets?

depends on if there will be interference with the boat from the additional 3"

seriously though, unless your risers are really close to the 13" dimension, or your boat varies greatly between fully laden and empty, I wouldnt waste the time and money.

are you looking at dry joints?

I don't think so, mine are standard

supposing there is not interference with the engine cover, everything else is the same, hoses, elbows, etc?

If you do not have dry joint risers and manifolds, youre still able to get a leak between the riser and manifold that runs into the motor

your elbows will sit 3" higher
