Rod locker/storage

I'm looking at putting a rod locker in my deck. I don't want to have fabricate one. I'd like to find something that's prefab, so I can basically cut a hole, ensure it's braced, drop it in and attach around the perimeter. Anyone heard of something like this? My search, so far, has only turned up hatches with no tub under them. Thanks.

I bought a pre-fab hatch off ebay which included an aluminum trim ring. Before I installed my new floor I built bulkheads between my stringers a fishing rod's length apart out of aluminum flashing (aluminum boat). Then I installed the floor with the hatch. is the boat aluminum, or fiberglass???

It's an aluminum hull with plywood deck.
