G'day mate. I noticed that you posted a reply to a 70hp stalling problem and said that to drain the carb bowels you take to the 10mm brass hex bolt with a slot for a screw driver. Is that the same as my Yammy 93 115? Is the process to remove those and then using the primer bulb squeeze through fresh fuel to flush them out?

Cheers mate.

Re: RODBOLT - ENQUIRY

hello
if your carbs bowls have the 10mm hex at the front lower part of the bowls then yes. there are 4 of them. make sure no one is smoking and the battery is off or disconnected. you will spill gasoline. use soap and water to wash the lower cowl when done and allow to dry thoughroughly. if your carbs have 4 12mm steel hex bolts then its a main jet holder but will still drain the carbs.
good luck and keep posting
careful with gasoline. its very dangerous and we get contemptous of its volitility.
