BTW, I have heard that some people have had machine shops or hydrolic shops straighten out a slightly bent prop shaft. Is that possible, have you ever had one straightened, or do you recommend to just replace???

I never straighten them. most are two piece friction welded and it makes me nervous.
years ago I could hold an intelligent conversation about your DT115, I never work on them anymore and havent for almost 10 years and all my manuals are still in a storage building.

Yes, it has been a few years since we last chatted about this engine. Been a while since I touched it, but that is about to change.

Overall, it seems simple enough, as long as the electronics on it continue to work without issue...
