150 txrc, idle just does not sound right, carbs have been done, top rpm perfect, at idle very little "vacume " at carb throat, carbs 1 and 3 showing the same sign, carb 2 strong pull, i can remove pilot screws and no change , pull plug wire and a very slight change, could this be reed gasket issue, btw compression on all cylinders in spec, any help would be great, thanks e

dunno
I dont pull plug wires so I cant help you with that.
sounds like you still have trash in a carb or a bad lift pump.
your idea of carb 1 and 3 is most likly different from mine as the venturis for 1 and 3 are in different carbs.

usually a bad reed gasket blows fuel out of the pilot air jet.
I would still lean towards a clogged carb jet/passage.
what are the symptoms at idle in the water?
