roller replacement

I just bought all new rollers for my trailer. In the kit are several hog rings...probably a dumb question but what do I do with them..i've never seen or worked with them. Thanks guys.

On many wobble roller trailers they are used to hold the rollers on the shafts instead of cotter keys.
