Rolling torque after prop seals

Okay work is progressing with DP-SM prop seal replacement. I hired someone to replace them because i don't have the tools. After research I am concerned about the rolling torque. Pretty sure he did not do that. What should I do to set it at this point? I am looking to get the spanner tool now.

Would be similar method as the Merc
Use a dial indicator type torque wrench and rotate until correct torque is obtained.

Not sure about the DP-SM but finding 9-14 in lb for the SX and DPS

My manual does show it done the same way
