My seats are stained by water and whatever else, best way to clean them using what? Thanks, big help!

I have never had luck with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on vinyl seats. On gelcoat, it's absolutely amazing how well it works.

My best bet is to always use Clorox Cleanup. It's only 2% bleach so it's not damaging to materials and threads. But, it has gotten every stain off that I have ever tried it on.

It's probably the "whatever else" that will be hard to clean! Once you find the right product, all you need is a lot of elbow grease. Good luck.

I'm a fan of the ZEP brand citrus all purpose cleaner that you can find at depot, works great and color safe.

Whatever you use, scrub and scrub. Then, when it still looks dingy, head to the auto parts store and buy some vinyl paint in a spray can and paint everything a darker color. Just be sure to follow the instructions on the product carefully, and do all the prep cleaning it recommends. The stuff works great, doesn't crack or rub off, and you'll be golden.

Oh, yeah, mask carefully everything you don't want that color.

SPRAY9 did an awesome job on our seats.....we had a lot of whatever too

Well, after hours of cleaning I found that Dawn dish soup with water and a brush followed up with a cleaner/protectant polish work best. The Mr Clean magic eraser is junk! Even though it works to an extent, it just falls apart within a minute and at $4 a box that isn't cheap. Def don't have the money or patience for that.
