It's been a while I did write here on Iboats! Well, I do not have my old boat with the old Lark VIII anymore, it was time for me to get a real aluminum fishing boat. What a real difference!
Ok now I just have a little problem, my rpm gauge works only at idle speeds. Once I give more throttle it goes back to 0. What could be the problem?. At the bottom of the gauge, I have 4 lights, low oil, no oil, engine hot, and check engine, they go on for a few seconds when I start the outboard.
The outboard is a Johnson 50HP 1997
