I finally got the rail I wanted and got it installed this morning! Semi rigid vinyl with a black insert. It's a TACO rub rail. It took about 3.5 hours including the modification of the rail for the bow light assy and finish out at the transom. Good product. She's definitely looking better with the rub rail! I will have the stainless aft rails installed this week.

Thanks Beta,

I purchased it from West Marine. The kit consists of 50' of rail, 50' of insert, stainless hardware (screws) and the end caps. It also has a DVD installation video thats good as well for around $320.00. To install at a marina, the labor would probably run about $600.00, so you can really save some cha-ching! You really need two people for the installation, and two drills!
