I used a PVC toilet flange (yep, that's right, a plumbing fitting) and a CV-joint boot. Used a fine saw to make 2 halfs, mounted up from the bottom, then added the boot (these are made to be split). Maybe a little unorthodox, but it works, and should last a LONG time - and those boots come in fashion colors!<br /><br />Ed
