Rubber mounts source

On one of the online parts sources I see the shock mounts and upper and lower drive shaft housing mounts are no longer available. Is there a source for NOS parts? Homemade or substitutes?

I like Seaway Marine in Washington state as they are usually my last resort when I can not find NLA parts.
