1986 50 hp without power tilt. The release on the tilt doesn't fully release. Takes two people to flip the release on either side to tilt motor. What is wrong here? Also, can't tilt from on boat when released because of lack of strength. What would it take to add a power tilt? Cost? Or maybe an attachment to get more leverage? Help!
