run on 1 cylinder

I was using timing light to varify spark and found spark on 1 of the the 3. Will this engine run on 1 cylinder or am I missing something?

There is a chance that the trigger may of failed but that's quite slim, there is very good chance the box has failed, It's not a stator so you can swap wires around on the box to make sure it's the box
