Running funny

My 87 force 125 has been running great but last time I took it out I went to pull a two person tube and I didn't get the response out of the engine I expected it started going but it took about 10 or so seconds before it really revs up and pulls like it normally does I'm assuming carb jets. but thought I would see what others think.

First do a compression/spark test.
Then check the fuelpump diaphram.Check the reeds.
Check for water in the fuel.Clean the carb.J

Ok problem solved Good compression good spark cleaned carbs runs good again thank u
