Ok... I got West Marine 1 part. Sanded and applied paint with roller and the brushed smooth in small area. Paint keeps running like a marathon. I did not thin the paint. Am I using too much? Also some brush spots showing up. Should I just roll it?? Any info appreciated.

Ron - Check out the red search at the top of the page. Plenty of tips there. Try 'roll and brush paint" and then others that seem to fit your needs.

Re: Running Paint....

I ran through the search in all forums but didn't quite see what I am experiencing. Maybe its the brush or roller I am using. I am just stuck.

Ron,<br /> Did you mix or shake the paint thoroughly before applying?

Re: Running Paint....

Hello Ron. I've had success touching up paint on my boat using foam brushes. Have you tried these?
