Don't know what motor you've got, but most "mixture" screws on carbs are idle mixture adjustments and have very little to do with Wide Open Throttle RPM's, which would be regulated with non-adjustable fuel jets. If your high speed carb jet is partially plugged with dirt, debris or fuel varnish, then that could cause motor to "lose RPM's".

Again, don't know what motor you've got, but a rich condition and loss of RPM's could be a bad fuel pump diaphragm causing raw gas to get sucked into that cylinder, causing rich mixture condition. Good Luck!

replaced both fuel pumps and had the carbs rebuilt, replaced all fuel lines with new all fuel fitlers new spark plugs,

motor is a 92 pro v 150 last year it would turn around 6000-6100 now it will not get but around 5500 ever after all of the new

put a clear fuel filter after the primer bulb and at wot it is only 1/4 of the way full??

I guess your carbs were sync'd correctly after rebuild?...if not, that could cost a few 100RPM's.
