runs rough after 35 minutes at high rpm full throttle

mercury 50 hp 2stroke 3cyl ,
starts easy runs good for 30 minutes at all rpms ,, after 30 40 minutes runs bad at high rpms changed plugs fuel line filter throttle trigger, starting to lean towards stator,,,...HELP
