It is official. Ryan was cleared of any wrong doing from the steroid tests. It is a damn shame his name was dragged through the mud by all those who want to take down a genuine nice guy. He does a lot for the local community and is loved by all that know him. He is the first one to beat this and it is a shame that it became public at all. If I were Bud Selig (I do know him and will tell him this next time I see him) I would fire that lab and get a new one. There have been far to many "leaks" out of what is supposed to be private until the actual suspension starts or is announced. Ryan actually has a med problem that is of a very personal nature that he had to use this prescribed med (the only one available). He spiked the highest ever test then a week later gone. No steroid use here.

Yes I am, but it is all over the sports radio and tv what he has, unfortunately. He has been trashed and dragged through the mud by many. I hope he goes on to a great year this year. A little tough for the Brewers without Fielder, but we shall go on.

Well, OJ was found "not guilty ", too.:facepalm:
I'm fairly ambivalent that he got off on an apparent technicality, but I just shake my head at the "Homers' who are trying to make him out to be the victim.

As reported in many media sources, there were far fewer mitigating circumstances than some are trying to claim.

An MLB source, however, said there was no degradation in Braun?s specimen.

The league, whose officials believed Braun got off on a flimsy technicality, is considering challenging the arbitrator?s decision through further means.

?As part of our drug testing program, the Commissioner?s Office and the Players Association agreed to a neutral third-party review for instances that are under dispute,? read a statement from MLB. ?While we have always respected that process, Major League Baseball vehemently disagrees with the decision rendered today by arbitrator Shyam Das.?

Not what has happened at all. His attorneys didn't even argue that he did nothing wrong. They argued that the sample was improperly handled under the MLB drug testing policy.

The Arbiter has 30 days to explain his decision. And while he hasn't done that yet, when he does, your post will probably look even more "head-in-the-sand" ish.
