S#@t!!! Literally need Help with toilet!!

I have a 1990 Doral Cavalier with a manual pump toilet. MASSIVE personal emergency on board and had to #2. My toilet doesn't flush. Neither on wet not dry! If I get I pump out will that suck it out or omg I don't even wanna think of the alternative! Please help before I gag my poor family out! Yes I have turned the switch below by the pump, yes I've dumped a cup full of water down 5 times. My pump handle just feels like decoration and no suction pump

Thank you everyone!! I donned the gloves mask and used half a garbage bag of rags and 3 rolls of paper towel a plunger and a tonne of cleaner my bowl is super sparkly clean!

didn't for me. After the filter came out on clean out #2 (pun intended). Small shop vac and an impressive wife.
