I am trolling to get a new-to-me wake boat, I am selling our ski and fish and going full-on wakeboard boat, specifically for surfing.

I have looked at Moomba, Tige, MC, Supra but right now, the only thing that has what I want IN MY PRICE RANGE (wake plate, ballast bags and tower) is a 1998 Centurian.

However, the front bag is "on top" of the deck... wtf? does it not go inside? I don't think this year had built in, because the sacs look aftermarket.

Thoughts? I don't know if I can deal with a sac on the front deck between the open bow seats. Is this normal?

Normal, if the front locker is already full. You can see some with a thousand pounds on the rear seats too.
Personally, I'd put it on the bow seat on the side I was surfing on rather than the footwell between the front seats.

Yes it very normal, even with boats that have a bag in the front locker. You can always move it but they really dont get in the way usally anyone sitting in the bow is kicked back anyways so its not like its taking up leg room. BTW...your pic attachment dosnt open.
