Been awhile since I have posted.
Today we had a sad reminder of the power of the Mississippi river.
This morning a tug helping a barge got sucked into a lock and dam in La Crosse, WI. This tug was just brought into service on June 22, 2013. 3 crew members 2 made it out alive and one was found in the ship that capsized. 22 years young.

Tug is 65 feet long, 26 wide and 91 tons.
