Sad week in Hockey

Well Yesterday we find out that a Russian Plane crashed carrying an entire Professional Hockey team, Today we find out the names of so many former NHL players that died in an instant Ruslan Salei, Karlis Skrastins, Pavol Demitra, Brad McCrimmon and many others gone in an instant, What a tragic off season with the deaths of 3 enforcers, I can't wait for the season to get going but this has to be one of the saddest off seasons I can remember.....

Yes it certainaly has been a very sad couple of months in the hockey community.

Very sad day. Two of the deceased were former Milwaukee Admirals, Robert Dietrich and Karlis Skrastins.
Each spent 2 seasons here, Dietrich 08-09 & 10-11, Skrastins 98-99 & 99-00.
