so i was thumbing through the fiberglass safety thread. had one question, there is talk of respirators, and that full face ones are better than the cotton ones.
well there are many types of full face respirators. so which ones are the best for fiberglass work...i bought one today from home depot that is osha p100 rated. doesnt even explain what it means other than for hazardous dust. doesnt even tell you to what micron level it filters out...im slightly worried about this.
Can anyone recommend good respirators for fiberglass work... SAFETY FIRST!
is the p100 rating the best? or good enough for fiberglass work...it says its good for fiberglass installations. but im assuming they are referring to the pink fiberglass u use to insulate your house
