salt water bait cast

Any suggestions for a "relatively" inexpensive bait cast reel for Thunder Stick? What are you having good results with?

I have had good luck with Penn 930's and shimano calcuta's the Penn is the cheaper of the 2. works great for small fish in the bay, big snook and redfish, and will even work on the shallow wrecks and reefs for decent size snapper and smaller grouper. the nice thing is it is light enough to jig all day. largest to date on it is a 120lb tarpon, almost spooled me but got him.
