you do not buy it this year.

click on the website count my fish and sign up and they will give you a temporary license that you print out and they will send you a license in the mail

That's really a useful website you had suggested. One of my uncle want it, he ask me so many times but now I think it will help me a lot. I think the procedure must be easy one and it will also give permanent license at the end.
