I hope my posts don't come across that way. I simply want to help members get accurate and factual information about oils. Sometimes correcting someone's mistake, or pointing out their ill-informed bias is part of doing that. When another member posing as an oil guru makes a ill-informed comment or post, he subjects himself to criticism. That's the way it goes. I am by no means a know-it-all, but I have spent most of my life working with, and testing, oils. I don't expect everyone to agree with me or accept criticism. I just enjoy sharing the knowledge that I have worked so hard to attain with others. However, I do not enjoy the resentment by one particular member who insists on making my contributions here at iboats hell.Originally posted by JB:
The word(s) for it are, "I know more about oil than you do, BF/LD." added to, "You are ignorant, too."

I for one appreciate your advice and the knowledge base it seems to come from. I dont' hear any of that "know it all" stuff, just what seems to be an informed opinion. Keep up the good work.Originally posted by TheOilDoc:
I hope my posts don't come across that way. I simply want to help members get accurate and factual information about oils.
