Hi ya my friends, reading all these highly amusing posts on stupid tricks makes me realise that we two boating nations are so alike. :0) I have seen it all at Weymouth Harbour (in Dorset, England) A good afternoons entertainment can be had when taking a food break and moored to the slipway pontoon. Mind you, I am not saying that I don't make a complete jackass of myself now and then. coff coff.
Cheers.

That reminds me to slip the folding lawn chair into the back of the tow vehicle. On those days when the fish aren't biting, I could have my lunch by the ramp and watch the show.

Trouble is that I tend to feel obligated to help out when I can. I'd probably not get to eat.

Never a dull moment at the ramp. Sometimes you are the engine, sometimes the caboose.
