We are working on a 1996 Astro bass boat. The top and sides of the boat have a maroon flake and the rest of the boat is white. The top is faded and ruff to the touch. It feels like sand paper when you rub your hand over it. Now we have buffed it out to the point that the boats model numbers are starting to come off and it's still ruff. So should i keep buffing or should i wet sand and if so do you think i can ever get the shine back?
