Just want to share a story:
I purchased a sandspike last fall and used it for the first time a few weeks ago as a second anchor off the stern into the sand and it wouldn't hold.
I sent the company an email and within hours Jack got back to me to say:
Sorry to hear your having problems with your Sandspike. The original Sandspike is intended for low profile boats up to 24?, so with that said the size you have is the wrong one for your type of boat.Please email me back with your ship to address and I will send you a medium out at no charge.
WOW, that's standing behind your product and making a customer for life.
I used the new Sandspike this past weekend in a spot with a strong current and a rising tide that eventually covered the Sandspike under a few feet of water and it held the whole time. Its a great product with a company that's makes sure your are satisfied with it.
