Well, he's really done nothing illegal. Obnoxious, but legal.
Any handheld GPS will do what he did, and I think that he'll find out that cellular coverage ain't so good out there. Plus, if the phone is on, it can be tracked.
He just another in the long line of Marxist/Communist "professors" in the UC system.

You got to be kidding me, I was quoting the actual article that started this thread. I copied and pasted. Maybe articles need to be screened to make sure they have absolutely nothing to do with politics........
