Been playing with a 1976 johnson 70 hp with a bogging problem at throttle up. Upon reviewing old posts I came across motor with same issue . Someone advised service bulletin #1429 then another stated it was actually #1144. If anyone out there having access to this info would be willing to share I would really appreciate it.
