What does the "C" and "BJ" stand for?

also, unfortuantely, the oither link only provide Evinrude models up to 2004. I am chasing a link for Johnson 1989 - schematics.

You really need a manual, Cam.

Pro wrenches won't work on an outboard without one.

as said you need a manual outboardbooks.com or kencook.com B is made in Belgium plant, J is Johnson, C is the factory change in the run of the model.
