I am not sure you will find them new. I have only seen replacement seats that now have a different system. I tossed all my seats but before I did that, I removed all the scissor hinges first so that when I get new replacement seats, I can use them if they don't come with these parts. However, ... they are very simple to make and that might be an option for you if you cannot find what you are looking for.
