Scout 12/24 volt foot operated trolling motor

I need some help on hooking this old timer up.<br />It has three wires (RED, BLACK and WHITE) and I need a little help on hooking them up. Could anyone share your wisdom with me?<br />Thanks in advance!<br />L J
