screw for 1995 40hp mercury #9652 or 1395-9652

I am in a mess , I need a carb screw. Its not being produced and nobody has it. I have contacted every mercury marine dealer I can find. OUT OF STOCK . part #1395-9652 or 9652 If anybody could advise where I might check thanks guys

this screw holds the bowl and is also a high speed jet
