Scupper Repair/Replace

Took my B28's scupper hardware off today. Pretty bad, eh? What remains of the finish appears to have been chrome, I suppose the frames can be re-chromed easily enough but what about the flaps? Are there pre-made flaps in the catalogs? Or a particular material favored for custom cut flaps?<br /><br />

I would sand and paint. But that is how I do things. What is wrong with those flaps? Hard to tell from photo. What type of boat do these come off? I did a fast search for you on google. I tried large rectangular marine scupper. Try some different search words and you will find something. I stopped after I found this.
