So whats the best way to treat a 4 stroke Fuel Injected outboard?

Treat it for what? Storage, decarb, or just preventive maintenance. If you are thinking about decarboning, four strokes don't really need it. If you are storing the rig, add fuel stabilizer to the fuel, run the engine long enough to get the mix into the fuel system and you are done. For preventive maintenance, add SeaFoam or your fuel system conditioner of choice to each tank of fuel.

Just a little prevent. maint. Thought I would run a bout a quart of 1/2 gas 1/2 seafoam through it to clean up the fuel system.

No need to run a rich mixture. Just add SeaFoam to each tank of fuel and be happy.
