Sea King 3.5 HP (need info)

I just bought a Sea King 3.5 HP motor and need Year,fuel mixture and saprk plug info. The external gas tank is missing the connector that plugs the fuel line into the motor.

From the nameplate:

Serial: 345918
Type: 60 27003R
Clinton Engines Corp.

Any info would be great. I am also looking for parts and shop manuals for it.
