sr#95x747583 model #GG8962B would like the year and on the opposite side of oil fill on lower unit-- there is a small screw and threads that it is screwed into are shot. May have froze and busted threads , screw is in good shape no thread damage. Ken

It's a 1959, first two numbers of serial number reversed. Don't know about the lower unit problem.
