Sea King 5 questions?

Any idea what year this is,and are they any good?This motor has VERY little use,and is SUPER clean.It turns over nice and has spark,the guy's asking $150- for it.

Look for a tag between the transom bracket screw clamps for motor id info

Early 60's Gale/OMC 5 hp made for Mont. Ward Sea King brand. Nice motors...worth the price if it is sound.
