Sea King 5hp need a new Carbuerator

I have a old sea king 5hp, I cant find a date code on but i have the carb# i need a rebuild kit for it. it is a lmb 370 0982 can any one tell me were to get parts for it. the boat motor is a model j5001106b type 60 27005r

That is a Clinton motor.
