I have a Sea King 7 1/2 HP outboard model # VWB52175. It was purchased new in March 1978. I believe it was manufactured by Chrysler though I have been unable to confirm that. I need the black plastic part (circular, about 1 1/2 inches high) that, when the started cord is pulled, rises to engage the flywheel to start the motor.
