Picked this up about a month ago or so. Played around with it today and turns out it is a good runner. Fuel pump might be suspect. It is a 1969 3.5 hp by Clinton. Pumps water good, but I have an impeller and will more than likely change it. The question I have it I noticed the swivel bracket cap was not seated down all the way. In fact appeared to be quite loose in my eyes. I tightened it up and now it won't swivel. If I loosen it up quite aways it will. My book is very generic and does not cover the adjustment only shows a exploded view. Anyone messed with these before?
