This is based on the 11.94 cu in block and may share covers with the 6, 7.5, 8 and 9 hp West Bend and Chrysler motors.If your just looking for a cover not an exact style.
I believe the 65 is West Bend built And the 8hp appears in 64 and 65 66 is Chrysler.West Bend became Chrysler in 66.
