Sea King help

My grandfather recently gave me his boat. It has a Montgomery ward 5 hp motor. Need help finding a fuel pump and would like to know more about it. I have put a different vacuum ran fuel pump on it but i think it is pumping to much fuel because it will run good for awhile and the it will start to bog down a little and fuel will spit out by the idle screw.

It's just a guess, but the fuel leakage and bogging sounds like the float needle is not sealing.
