Try napa auto parts. they have a marine book there. Bring the points with and match them up in the book. I have a 1960 60 hp sea king and I went to napa and got my points and condensor. My motor was made by OMC so thats where i looked in the book. good luck, should be no problem though.

I have a 1962 Sea-King 5.5 and it also is made by omc.So i just buy my parts from my johnson dealer. It should tell on the I.D. tag who made your motor.

Your 69 sea king, or any sea king with serial number beginning with vwb is a West Bend/Chrysler product. Don't know if NAPA can get parts for it through the Sierra Marine line as they do for older Kings made by OMC/Gale. You may have to check with a marina or boat repair place that does Chrylers/Force motors. Good luck. Also check the ebay motors/boats/parts and repair pages. Lots of stuff shows up there.

NAPA carries some Chrysler parts (Sierra aftermarket), and would likely have a tuneup kit. Try to get a marine catalogue, but if they won't part with one you can still peruse the store copy (probably with the counterperson if you are trying to match parts). There is a Chrysler outboard section in the catalogue.
