Hi Podlar,<br />I couldn't find that no. I would set the idle at 1/2 turn open and the high speed<br />3/4 to 1 turn open to start with. This is a guess going by the idea thaat you have a older style tillision carb. Hope it helps.<br />...corm...

Help.
I have a Seaking 5.0 hp motor made by Clinton. Model # 5055106A, Serial 1480536, Type XTV50505A, with a Tillston carb.

It was dry as a bone and not running for several years. I brought it home and got it to run for approximately 45 seconds one time and 30 seconds the next time. I cleaned the jets that I could find but can't get it to run for any extended periods. When it's not firing, it sounds like there is no life at all in it, like it's not even trying to spark.
I am hoping for any or all of several things:
1. Any idea of the year?
2. Why won't it run longer?
3. Is there a place to get parts?

Clean the car, check the fuel pump/pulse line, remove the flywheel, clean and regap the points, replace the plug. Go to maxrules.com for older parts.
