i have a sea king 5hp-mod#-gg18732b-ser#-36x880373--i don't know what year it is but i think the fuel mixture is 16 to 1, is this correct or not, i was told that means .5 pint to a gal of gas,-is this right or not, i would be thankful for the right information if anybody out there know's for sure,it came with a 3 gal tank. thank's

That is one of those motors that does not exist. See, they were made by Gale Products Division of OMC, and 1963 was the last year of Gale production. They ran out of some motors to fill Ward's order, so they brought some in from Canada that don't match the U.S. list.

Your motor is a 1963 and takes 24:1 mix with TCW-3 outboard oil. That's 1/3 pint per gallon, one pint per 3 gallons.

thank's for the information, i guess i better dump the gas i put in there cause i put a pint and a half to 3 gal.of gas. Thank you.

Or you could pour it back in the can and add a gallon and a half of gas?
