Have a GLS195 going on my 3rd year now--never used the livewells. Was wondering about how they operate.Do you need to be in the water for them to work properly? I've filled them with water from a hose while in the driveway--the right well leaks water out the side from what I'm guessing is the intake. The left one appears to have been used as storage by the previous owner--when filled up nothing comes out the left intake. There's a rocker switch with 2 options--manual and auto. When on manual I can here a pump running. I don't see any kind of aeration or moving water in the wells. I'll attach a few pics to better illustrate what I've got. Maybe someone knows if a operators manual might be available anywhere?
